What dates should I plan to stay?

Our main wedding package is Thursday, May 20 – Thursday, May 27, 2027.

Arriving Thursday gives you time to relax, explore Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa, and enjoy time together before the wedding.

We highly recommend booking these dates so you don’t miss anything!

What events should I expect during the week?

We’re making this a full week celebration!

Friday: Casual welcome/rehearsal dinner

Sunday: Wedding day 💍

The rest of the week is all about enjoying the resort, relaxing, and spending time together. With this group… it’s going to be a fun one—don’t be surprised if the resort remembers us 😉

Will there be a welcome or rehearsal event?

Yes! We’ll have a casual welcome/rehearsal dinner on Friday evening at one of the resort buffets.

It’s a great chance to meet everyone, put faces to names, and kick off the week together. More details to come!

Where will the ceremony take place?

At the Garden Gazebo.

Where will the reception be held?

At the Blue Lagoon.

What time is everything?

4:00 – 5:00 PM: Ceremony

5:00 – 6:00 PM: Break / relax

6:00 – 10:00 PM: Cocktail hour & reception

What happens after the ceremony?

Time to relax! Head back to your room, grab a drink, or enjoy the resort before the reception begins.

Why is there a break between ceremony and reception?

So no one feels rushed! You’ll have time to change, freshen up, or enjoy a poolside drink 🍹

Do I need to travel between venues?

Nope! Everything is within Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa—just a short walk, and staff will help guide you.

Do I have to book through the travel agent?

Yes—very important. Please book through our travel agent, Kelly O’Donnell.

We have reserved rooms as part of our wedding group, and booking elsewhere may affect our group reservation.

Sangster International Airport (MBJ)

About 30–40 minutes from the resort.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes! A group shuttle will bring guests to the resort. More details closer to the date.

👗 Wedding Day Details

What is the dress code?

Beach formal / semi-formal 🌴

Think light, breathable outfits (linen, summer dresses, dress shirts).

Our wedding party will be wearing blue, so if possible, please try to avoid that color so they stand out—we’d really appreciate it!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors—dress for warm weather ☀️
